All of our bats are sold New in the original factory wrapper with full manufacturer's warranty, where applicable.  Most bats come with a 1 Year manufacturer's warranty from the date of purchase. One exception is some Wood bats and Senior Softball bats may not carry a warranty. For details on a specific warranty or to file a claim, you will need to check with the bat manufacturer. Please keep in mind the following info:
  • Damaged, opened, or used products must be returned to the manufacturer for any warranty related claims.  
  • Please check your bats before peeling off the wrapper!
  • Once the wrapper is removed or the item is used in any way (ie...hitting balls with the wrapper still on), we are not able to accept a return or exchange. 
  • New Bats should always be broken in according to the manufacturer’s specifications to enable best performance and the longest life possible!  

WARRANTY CLAIMS: DO NOT RETURN TO US. Mis-routed bats will be disposed of after 30 days. Make sure to keep your Warranty Receipt provided by Game Ready Sports on all bat purchases.  This will be needed to file a warranty claim.  Keep all bat bar code stickers in good shape to ensure warranty coverage.
