Returns & Exchanges

You may return most new, unopened, and unused items in their original condition within 30 days of your order date for a full refund minus the original shipping costs. Bats must be sealed in their original factory wrapper and unused to be returnable.  Bats that have been removed from the wrapper cannot be returned for a refund or exchange.  You are responsible for the return shipping costs to ship your item back to us, whether returning for a refund or exchanging an item.   If a return is a result of our error, we'll cover the return shipping costs. Items returned in a condition other than "new/unused condition" (torn boxes, ripped packaging, tags missing, etc.) may be charged up to a 15% restocking fee, if returned. 

You should expect to receive your refund within 2-3 weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
